Unakite

Unakite is a coarse-grained granitic rock that, after metamorphism, contains abundant pink orthoclase and pistachio-green epidote. First discovered in the United States in the Unakas mountains of North Carolina from which it gets its name. Hardness is 6 - 7 on Mohs scale.
