Returns Policy

We check all of our stock before it is despatched to ensure that it meets the highest standards.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied when you receive your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods.

Please inform us within that time if you have any difficulties with your order so that we can resolve any problems.

This agreement does not apply to equipment damaged after delivery, or to consumables such as saw blades and grinding wheels damaged in use. We will however replace or refund consumables upon inspection if they are found to have a manufacturing fault.

If goods are damaged in transit then a refund, credit or exchange will be arranged according to mutual agreement.

The refund does not include our original postage cost.

All returned goods must be postage paid by you.
