This product consists of a circular steel disc that is plated with diamond grit on one side.

Approximately 1.5 mm thick for use with a master lap.

These no hole disks offer a full face, flat grinding surface without the usual centre hole obstruction. This enables you to grind larger stones without the risk of damaging the face of the stone on the centre nut

The disk can be mounted horizontally or vertically. And can be attached using disk adhesive, contact glue, or by a magnetic backing. We do not recommend using a magnetic backing for high speed grinding!

These are fast cutting, heavy duty diamond discs and are ideal for all types of gemstones grinding, faceting or cabbing.

These products must be used with water. They are available in 100 mesh through 3000 mesh. The price is the same regardless of the grit size.
