Flexible diamond bristle wheels can be used for a variety of jobs from sanding stone carvings and ceramics to polishing precious metals such as platinum.

These are finishing sanders and not designed for stock removal. Use diamond grinding burs down to at least 600 grit before going on to these disks.

The wheels are made using a diamond impregnated synthetic rubber and are mounted on a 2.35mm mandrel. The wheel measures 17mm in diameter by 2.20mm thick. Because they are thin they will follow the contours of undulating surfaces and are great for boulder opal.

To extend the life of the wheel we highly recommend using them wet.

Because these are thin and flexible care should be taken not to catch the bristles against a sharp edge when using them at high speed. Doing so will result in bristles being torn off quite quickly. Keep the wheel against the face of your workpiece to get the longest life from them.
