These digital callipers are an essential tool for any home or workshop. We use them daily to measure gems but you'll find it useful for a variety of jobs where accurate measuring is required.

Comes with battery (LR44, 1.55V) included and ready to operate. Hard storage case with dense foam liner for safe storage and transport. We have selected this model of calliper for superior accuracy - note that some cheaper models only have an accuracy of +/- 0.02mm. These are constructed with a glass sensor for superior measuring accuracy (+/- 0.01mm).

SAFETY FEATURE-  Access to the battery requires unscrewing 2 screws, making this childproof in accordance with Australian safety standards. 

Note the accuracy of the inch measure - to half of one thousandth of an inch - some models do not display the half (small 5 in the lower right corner). They feel comfortable in the hand and are well balanced for easy use.

Easy 3 button operation - On/Off, Zero and Inch/Metric.

Callipers may be set at zero in any position by pressing the Zero button - locking screw on top secures your position.
