Orca Torch

ORCA TORCH

The Orca is a simple, inexpensive torch for craft work, general jewellery work, soldering and annealing precious metals.
This torch is fuelled by single line of LPG (propane/butane) gas from a cylinder. The outside air is drawn into the mixing chamber on the nozzle as the gas passes into the tip. This adjustable air valve helps deliver a perfectly controlled and stable flame.
The Orca torch doesn't require a compressed air or oxygen cylinder. 
We highly recommend using a regulator (such as Cigweld or Bossweld) which will help control the flow of gas for optimum performance.
Liquid gas can spit up the line and out of the torch if not used.
Please note: Most BBQ regulators are not suitable as they do not have a manual pressure control dial.
The orca hose connects to what is listed as a (5/8"-18 UNF LH Outlet Connection) on LPG regulators. 

The body and moving parts are made of brass for durability. 
The set includes the torch handle with 3 tips.
Fitted to the handle is a  2.0 metre hose made and tested to Australian standards.
