Machined Delrin Spacers for Gemmasta Grinders

Select the diameter and length of the spacer, and choose the correct inside diameter to suit the shaft of your machine.

These spacers are manufactured to fit the Gemmasta range of lapidary grinders, however they may suit other brands of cabbing machines with the corresponding shaft diameters.They are designed to keep the grinding and sanding wheels running true on the machine shaft.

Spacers fit between each wheel and between the centre of the machine and the nearest wheel to correctly align the wheels so that they are directly underneath the overhead water taps on the machine hoods.

The spacers are held in place by tightening the nuts on the end of the shaft. You should only tighten the nut so that the wheels do not spin freely when the machine is turned on.
