Machined Delrin Spacer for Gemmasta Grinders

These spacers are manufactured to fit lapidary grinders with a 3/4" shaft. They are designed to keep the grinding and sanding wheels running true on the machine shaft.

Spacers fit between each wheel and between the centre of the machine and the nearest wheel to correctly align the wheels so that they are directly underneath the overhead water taps on the machine hoods.

The spacers are held in place by tightening the nuts on the end of the shaft. You should only tighten the nut so that the wheels do not spin freely when the machine is turned on.
