These drums expand slightly when run to hold a diamond or silicone carbide belt firmly in place.

They still provide enough flexibility when grinding to drape slightly. This helps prevent grinding flat spots onto your cabochons.

These products must be only be run with a belt in place and the maximum RPM is 1725. Used with a diamond grinding belt or a silcone carbide belt these are an excellent economical alternative to flexible diamond grinding wheels.
