With Nova Wheels, sanding and polishing stones doesn't have to be a tiresome battle with flat spots and scratches. Nova wheels get results fast. The diamonds are embedded within a tough, flexible plastic resin and backed by soft, thick rubber. The soft flexible construction enables the surface of the Nova Wheel to conform to the surface of your stone, elim inating flat spots and scratches.
7 5/8" x 2" x 1" bore (Bushings to fit sizes 3/4", 5/8", and 1/2" are included) .
The most common sequence of wheels is 280, 600, 1200, 3000 followed by the use of 14000 diamond compound.
They are manufactured in the following grits:
60, 140, 280, 600, 1200, 3000, 8000, 14000, 50000
These products must be used with water and the maximum RPM is 1725. Safety glasses should be worn when using any cutting or grinding equipment.
