Sturdy cast aluminium heads machined to run flat and true or budget priced plastic face plates that will accept a range of polishing materials such as leather, felt or Crystal Pads. They all come with resilient rubber faces with enough "give" so that you can easily polish cabochons.
You can also glue a diamond disk to the aluminium face plates. This is a fast way of flattening the backs of cabochons.
Please note that the plastic face plates come with a 1/4" male thread and will fit the following machines: Lortone Arbors, Diamond Pacific Titan, Genie and Pixie, and the Graves.
Crystalite manufactures a flexible rubber disk that can also be used for polishing and it can be found in another section by clicking here. The Crystalite Flexodiscs are right hand only.

With the aluminium face plates specify your arbor shaft diameter and right or left hand threads, or smooth bore with a grub screw.
Note: If you plan to use it on the left side of your machine - get left hand threads, for the right side, get right hand threads.
