3M Diamond Dot Plated Belt

 

These belts are the best quality diamond plated belt currently available. They must be used wet and are much longer lasting than resin bonded diamond belts. They are semi-flexible to help reduce flat spots and have a wear resistant joint. 

Grits are available from 120 through to 1800. The belts are available in two sizes to fit 6" x 2.5" drums or 8" x 3" drums.

The diamond belts an excellent economical alternative to flexible diamond grinding wheels.

The dot size is approximately 1mm and they are tightly packed. This gives an approximate count of 90 dots per square centimetre.

The finger type of join on these belts is the best and sturdiest type of bonding that we have seen on any belt. The belt material itself is thick but pliable and incredibly long lasting.
